You might brick your 10th/11th gen Intel laptop if you undervolted too much even with software like Throttlestop, I will not be responsible if something catastrophic happens. Some laptops have BIOS version with Plundervolt patch that locks CPU voltage control, so take note As mentioned in the title, this guide is for those with Intel CPU (4th gen or later) or Nvidia GPU (10 series or later) or both only.I will try my best to make the explanation clear and will be using the undervolt profiles in my laptop as example. There are a lot of ways to undervolt CPU+GPU, but this is how I usually undervolt with all the laptops I had reviewed and with my own laptop This is my own method on how to do it.Likewise the two m.2 drives stay quite cool. In fact the whole case stays fairly cool and maxes out around 36 ☌ internally per the mobo's SYSTEM temperature sensor. The CPU cooler (a middle-tier 120mm AIO CLC from EVGA - nothing exotic) can handle it. Naturally this also helps in non-gaming usage. One thing I did do is uncap some of the CPU power limits on the motherboard. It is a heavily modded card with an NZXT Kraken G12 bracket paired with an EVGA CL24 240mm AIO cooler. Again, that's more than real-world usage which is probably 38-40 ☌. It idles at 24 ☌ and maxes out at 42 ☌ (with ~8-9% overclock) during a Unigine Heaven loop. My GPU (Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER FE) is even frostier. Most of my gaming is GPU bound anyhow so overclocking the CPU doesn't really do anything for most of the games I play.

During gaming, the CPU sees even less stress and probably hovers between 55-65 ☌.

In real life, it never gets loads like that, even during a Handbrake encode. My CPU (Ryzen 5 5600X, 65W TDP, stock speeds) maxes out at 73 ☌ during a CPU-Z stress test. I've looked into it but I don't see the practicality in my instance since my gaming build is very well cooled.
