If you have previously used CloudStor for Zoom meeting recordings, you can continue to access the recordings made prior to this date using your CloudStor account. Prior to, Zoom recordings were stored on AARNET Cloudstor. If you need access to a recording for longer than 180 days, you can download recordings and store them using Kaltura. Recordings stored by Zoom are automatically deleted after 180 days (six months). Zoom will send you an email notification when your meeting recording is available to review and share. As the meeting host, you can access these recordings and manage their sharing permissions by logging into Zoom and navigating to Recordings under the left menu. When you record a Zoom meeting it is stored in the Zoom cloud.
